The word "Milf". Endearment term? Compliment? Some women think so, I however do not. In my eyes, men who utilize this term actually mean the following; "I know you have kids, therefore you must be easy." Women as a whole allow men to utilize terms such as this, even in knowing it's disrespectful. What do I say to this? Gain some self-estem! If women do not acknowledge the disrespect, then why should the male species? Women and even more importantly "mothers", should question why anyone would utilize such a term and associate it with the beautiful word of "mother".
Women need to understand that disagreeing with men is acceptable. One does not have to merely accept a man's disrespectful nature. This is where the self-respect comes into play. If a woman does not respect herself, no man will have respect for her. Even during our liberalistic times, men will push these boundaries. Women should establish boundaries while ensuring men do not cross these boundaries. Anyone who will associate motherhood with sex is evidently not someone who is wanting to be around long-term anyways, so make your opinion heard and voice your displeasure with this term.
Being a mother is a hard job, why complicate this obvious hard task with involving yourself with some obvious idiot who is not respectful? A real man will not use this term and will respect the sanctity of motherhood. Being a mother is a beautiful thing. Do not tarnish this sanctity with the disrespect which comes along with this word "Milf". The next time a man calls you a "Milf", do remember that respect must first start with us as women, not men.
